Shane has 11 years of experience training athletes from the youth to the college level. Shane will help motivate you to set and achieve your fitness goals.

Robin is in love with Group Kick and Group Acitive! Her fantastic attitude will make you fall in love with working out!
Kimber Graham
Certifications: Group Power
Kimber not only instructs Group Power, she also participates in several other classes! She loves all different types of work-outs........but she's a bit biased towards Group Power class!
